Estee Lauder Founder’s Auction Raises $22.2 Million

Net proceeds from the collections to benefit BCRF.

A recent Sotheby’s auction of a selection of jewels from the collections of Estée Lauder and Evelyn H. Lauder raised $22.2 million, according to reports. Net proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). The topselling item was Evelyn Lauder’s Oscar Heyman & Brothers pink diamond ring, which sold for $8.6 million.
